Daily Events

9.30 a.m. – Breakfast provided by Bean an Tí.

10.30 a.m. – Morning classes and activities include debating, aural exercises, class games, and competitions. All activities will be beneficial to Junior and Certificate students. Preparatory second level course for primary school students.

1.30 p.m. – Lunch provided by Bean an Tí.

2.45 p.m. – Soccer leagues. Time available to prepare for various events.

3.30 p.m. – Activities including:

Outdoor Games: Basketball, Football (gum shield required), Soccer, Hurling (helmet required), Handball, Volleyball, Dodgeball and Tag Rugby.

Bring sports gear please.

Astroturf facility.

Indoor Games: Table Tennis, Draughts, Chess, Cards, Scrabble as Gaeilge and various other Board Games.

Swimming: One of Ireland’s most beautiful beaches. Lifeguard on duty during the summer.

Guest Artists: Musicians, singers and local artists.

Talent Competitions: Bring musical instruments and dancing shoes please.

Prizes for various events: Gaeilgeoir na Seachtaine, Gaeilgeoir an chúrsa, dalta an chúrsa, an dalta is mó a chuir leis an gcúrsa, an dalta is mó feabhais, an dalta is fearr sa rang, an dialann ranga is fearr, an cóipleabhar ranga is fearr, díospóireachtaí idir ranganna, an cainteoir is fearr, gradam na seachtaine, rinceoir an chúrsa, ceoltóir an chúrsa, amhránaí an chúrsa, Comórtas na dTithe agus duaiseanna do na comórtais spóirt go léir.

6.30 p.m. – Evening Tea provided by Bean an Tí.

8.00 p.m. – An Céilí – the highlight of the day and a chance to meet new friends as you learn to dance. Comórtas na dTithe as each house provides a variety show. Céilí theme nights provide endless fun and enjoyment.

10.10 p.m. – Supper provided by Bean an Tí.
